MonstersToolbox is seeking motivated and reliable carpenters with various remodeling skills to join us in our mission to take the “scary” out of home remodeling.
If you are a detail-oriented carpenter who values thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and helpful customer service, we want to hear from you.
Overview
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week.
Salary: $27 to $40/hour depending on skills & experience.
Locations: Job sites around Seattle, Mercer Island, Bellevue, and Kirkland.
Job requirements & skills
• Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in construction or remodeling.
• Must be detail-oriented, responsible, punctual, dedicated, open to learning new skills, and well presented.
• Must excel in problem-solving and multitasking. Job tasks include, but are not limited to: rough carpentry, framing, interior doors, cabinetry, flooring, tile installation, finish carpentry, drywall, painting and all aspects of residential construction, remodeling, and maintenance.
• Must excel in providing outstanding customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Must be committed to having respectful and honest communication with clients, co-workers, and management.
Qualifications
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (Required).
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record (Required).
• Must have personal, reliable transportation to get to job sites within Seattle, Mercer Island, Bellevue, and Kirkland.
Benefiits

• 2 weeks (10 days) vacation.
• Ethical, respectful work environment.
